How does Button911 work?

Press the SOS Button (or if a Fall is detected) to send instant alerts to your contacts via SMS and email, with real-time location tracking.

You can also set up geofences so that if the user enters or exits a specific area, alerts are sent to configured contacts.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscription via your Stripe account dashboard, or simply contact us at support@Button911.com and we will handle the cancellation for you.

How do I create a support request?

Simply send an email to support@Button911.com. Our team monitors this inbox and will respond as quickly as possible.

How do I setup or add a Button to my account?

Charge the Button for at least 2 hours (4 recommended) before setup.

  • Go to Button911.com/Activate
  • Enter the IMEI/Phone Number printed on your device box.
  • Enter your mobile number to receive a verification code.
  • Follow the prompts to complete your profile.
  • Use the Manage button on the Dashboard to set contacts.
