Log In to Your Account

Use the phone number and credentials you just set up to sign into your user portal.

Create a Contact

Add at least one emergency contact. These are the people who will receive text notifications and alerts.

Click the Contacts menu item and then "Add New Contact".

Configure Device Settings

After logging in, Click the Dashboard menu item and then → Manage. There, you must configure two crucial fields:

  • Set the "Assigned User".
    Click the Edit Icon , type in a user name and click OK.

  • Select the "SOS / Fall Phone Call Recipient"
    Select the contact and click Save Device Settings.
