Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: December 10, 2025
At Button911, we make cancellation simple. This policy applies to subscription Services; device returns are covered in our Return Policy.
1. How to Cancel
Log into your account dashboard and select "Cancel Subscription," or contact support at support@button911.com or 888-349-3860. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle (monthly/quarterly/annual).
2. Cancellation Fees
- Monthly Plan: 6-month commitment – $99 early termination fee if canceled before 6 months.
- Quarterly & Annual Plans: No cancellation fee ever – cancel anytime and service ends at the end of your paid period.
No partial or prorated refunds on any plan – we do not track partial usage.
3. What Happens After Cancellation
Service access ends at the conclusion of your paid period. Return your device within 30 days for device refund (see Return Policy). We retain anonymized data for 90 days for audits, then delete per Privacy Policy.
4. Exceptions
No refunds for used subscription time. If we terminate for violations, no refunds.
