Return Policy

We stand behind our devices – if it's not right for you, return it hassle-free. This policy covers device returns; subscriptions are handled via Cancellation Policy.
1. 30-Day Return Window
Return your device for a full refund within 30 calendar days of delivery. Applies to unused or defective units.
2. Eligibility and Condition
Device must be in like-new condition with all original packaging, accessories (e.g., charging base, lanyard), and documentation. We deduct a flat $12 return shipping & handling fee from your refund (label provided).
3. Refund Process
- Contact support (support@button911.com or 888-349-3860) to initiate – we'll provide a return label.
- Ship back within 7 days of approval.
- Upon receipt and inspection (3–5 business days), refund issues to original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Full device price refunded minus $12 fee; original shipping non-refundable unless our error.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Devices after 30 days.
- Customized/engraved items or those showing wear/misuse.
- Opened hygiene items (if applicable).
5. Exchanges
For defects/damages: Contact within 10 days of delivery for free replacement (same or upgraded model).
