Return Policy

We stand behind our devices – if it's not right for you, return it hassle-free. This policy covers device returns; subscriptions are handled via Cancellation Policy.

1. 30-Day Return Window

Return your device for a full refund within 30 calendar days of delivery. Applies to unused or defective units.

2. Eligibility and Condition

Device must be in like-new condition with all original packaging, accessories (e.g., charging base, lanyard), and documentation. We deduct a flat $12 return shipping & handling fee from your refund (label provided).

3. Refund Process

  1. Contact support (support@button911.com or 888-349-3860) to initiate – we'll provide a return label.
  2. Ship back within 7 days of approval.
  3. Upon receipt and inspection (3–5 business days), refund issues to original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Full device price refunded minus $12 fee; original shipping non-refundable unless our error.
